Unfortunately, our stay was marred by significant issues. The noise from the street was unbearable, ranging from roosters to loudspeakers, which made sleeping difficult. Additionally, the gym was misleading. it is now a cramped space behind the market area and the equipment is poorly maintained, making it unsafe for use.

The breakfast was somethin’ special, I tell ya. Omelette station and all! Helen at the front desk was a real gem, makin’ sure we had everything we needed. Our ocean view was a sight to behold. Just wish the cleanin’ coulda been a wee bit better, saw some hair on the floor.

i went to the golden lotus expecting a fabulous getaway but instead, endured noise from drilling at the pool area and no towels when i needed them! how hard can it be to keep track of towels? i nearly gave a good review until i realized i was offered a complimentary dinner rather than a decent room upgrade, just absurd!

Couples dream getaway
We had a fantastic 3-night stay, enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea, which was just a nice touch! The breakfast buffet was a delight, with a great omelette station that kept us fueled for our adventures.
It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, it was worth it.
